What is this?
This project began as something small - I built it as a safe and easy way for my own children to sell their used items. It worked so well that I thought other families in Mérida might also enjoy this simple, parent-managed experience. Children decide what to sell, parents handle all contact, and any sale happens directly between families and outside the platform. Just a small local space made for families like ours. Created by
How it works
- 1.Create a parent-managed account - Parents register with their email; children help choose which items to sell.
- 2.List an item - Add photos, a description, and set your price.
- 3.Receive inquiries - Parents receive an email when someone is interested and can decide whether to reply.
- 4.Sell privately - If both agree, the sale happens directly between buyer and seller, outside the platform.
Why we built this
Many families wanted an easy, parent-supervised way for children to sell their used items locally - without using social media or messaging groups. This site gives children a sense of initiative while keeping parents fully in control.

For buyers
No account needed to browse! Explore listings by neighborhood, see photos and descriptions, and contact sellers through a simple form. Meet up in person to inspect and purchase.
Help Keep It Running
The site is free to use - you can browse, create an account, and start selling at no cost. A Pro plan (starting at MX$120/month) is available for families who want more active listings at once. Subscription payments are processed securely by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.
FAQs
Do I need an account to browse listings?
No! Anyone can browse all listings without creating an account. You only need an account if you want to list items for sale.
How are prices set?
Sellers (children with parent supervision) set their own prices in Mexican Pesos (MXN). All prices are visible in listings.
How do payments work?
We do not handle item payments - buyers and sellers arrange those directly when they meet in person. If you subscribe to the Pro plan, that subscription payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (lemonsqueezy.com), which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles billing, taxes, and invoicing on our behalf. We never see or store your card details.
What if I have a problem with a transaction?
Since transactions happen offline, we encourage clear communication beforehand. Parents should inspect items carefully before completing purchases.
Can I list items other than toys?
Currently, the platform is designed specifically for toys, books, games and other children's items that children want to sell. We focus on family-friendly, age-appropriate items.
