This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, and protect the personal information that parents and families share with Vendo Mis Juguetes (the "Platform"). This site is a listing space for families in Mérida, Mexico. We take your privacy seriously, and we designed this Notice to be clear, simple, and easy to understand.

This Platform is built and operated by Sjenkie B.V., a private limited company registered in the Netherlands. Sjenkie B.V. is the data controller for all personal data processed through the Platform. We use your information only for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your parent account
• To publish your listings
• To send you inquiries from potential buyers
• To verify accounts and reduce misuse
• To maintain the safety and functioning of the Platform
• To answer your messages or support requests

We do not use your information for advertising, marketing, or data sharing. Subscription payment data (if applicable) is handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

We process your data on the basis of contractual necessity (account and listing features) and legitimate interest (Platform safety, support). This reflects our obligations as a Dutch company under GDPR Article 6.

We store your information securely and use standard protections such as:

• Encrypted passwords
• Secure database storage
• Restricted access to the database
• Manual moderation of listings and photos to prevent misuse

No system is perfect, but we take appropriate steps to keep the Platform safe for all families.

We do not:

• sell your data
• trade it
• share it with third parties
• use it for advertising
• send newsletters or promotional emails

Your information is only used for the operation of this Platform. The only exception is payment processing: if you subscribe to the Pro plan, your payment is handled by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (lemonsqueezy.com/privacy), which acts as Merchant of Record. We receive only a payment confirmation - we never see or store your card details.

If you subscribe to the Pro plan, payment is processed by Lemon Squeezy, LLC (lemonsqueezy.com), a US-based company acting as our Merchant of Record (MoR).

As Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy is the legal seller of the subscription. This means they - not Sjenkie B.V. - are responsible for billing, payment processing, tax collection (including IVA), invoicing, and refund execution. We chose Lemon Squeezy for its strong payment security (PCI-DSS compliance), international tax handling, and GDPR compliance.

• Lemon Squeezy collects and processes your payment card details and billing information directly. Sjenkie B.V. never receives, sees, or stores your full card number.
• We receive only a subscription status confirmation (active, cancelled, expired) and a transaction reference.
• Lemon Squeezy is PCI-DSS compliant (payment card industry security standard) and GDPR-compliant.
• Lemon Squeezy may store your billing name, email, country, and payment method on file for recurring billing. Their handling of this data is governed by their own Privacy Policy.

Cancelling your subscription does not automatically delete your listing account. See section 12 for account deletion.

Your data stays on the Platform for as long as your account exists.

You may request deletion at any time (see section 12).

Listings and photos are removed when:

• You delete them
• Your account is deleted
• They violate the Platform rules
• They expire or are moderated

Although the Platform is designed for children to choose which items to sell:

• Only parents or legal guardians may create and manage accounts.
• The Platform does not knowingly collect personal information directly from children.
• Child display names should not include surnames or identifying details.

Parents are responsible for supervising all activity on the Platform.

This Platform uses cookies and analytics for:

• Keeping you logged in
• Remembering language preferences
• Understanding how visitors use the site (through Google Analytics)

We use Google Analytics to understand basic usage patterns - such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, and what browsers are used. This helps us improve the Platform for families. Google Analytics may collect information like your IP address, device type, and browsing behavior.

You can opt out of Google Analytics tracking by:

• Using browser privacy settings or incognito mode
• Installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on
• Using ad-blocking or tracking-prevention extensions

We do not use advertising cookies or share analytics data with third parties for marketing purposes.

⚠️ Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed from our systems.

Should the Platform need to permanently close for any reason, an announcement will be posted on the website. In the event of permanent service closure, all user data will be deleted from our systems within a reasonable timeframe. The Platform is provided "AS-IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties or guarantees of continuous operation.

We may update this Notice from time to time to keep it clear, accurate, and compliant with applicable laws. If the changes are significant, we will announce them on the Platform.
